In this episode, I’m joined by Jill McArthur who is a professional tarot card reader with a focus on empowerment and self-reflection. Jill is a third-generation witch with roots in a magical lineage, beginning with her grandmother, who was an herbalist in Pakistan.
Jill and I talked about her journey into working with tarot as an intuitive, but also reflective tool. She shared about some of her own practices with tarot as a wonderful support in “present-telling” – really being in the present moment and reflecting on your current circumstances, rather than anxiously living in the potential future. Jill also dispelled some common misconceptions about tarot.

In this episode, I’m joined by Desiree Diaz who is a multifaceted practitioner in spirituality, witchcraft, and energy healing. We talked about the importance of allowing your spiritual practices to evolve, the significance of intuition in your life and spirituality, and how to connect with intuition through various tools, including plants. Desiree shared about how intuition can ultimately make your life easier and her favorite plants that aid in intuitive work.

In this episode, I’m joined by Mel Gutierrez, who is a yoga teacher, personal trainer, energy healer, dominatrix-in-training, and a scientific-minded body researcher who bridges the gap between science and magic. She is a cool ass person and I’m so excited to have her on the podcast! Mel and I talked about the intersection of sex and death, rather than the usual phrasing of “life and death”, and how these two often-taboo tools and experiences are powerful ways to empower ourselves. She shared about the idea of the body as the first temple of manifestation and also how we can hold the nuanced reality of disease and illness. We discussed concepts such as conscious kink, seeing sex as something creative, and knowing that death is a force beyond our control. In this episode, I’m joined by Celeste Larson, author of one of my favorite books, ‘Heal the Witch Wound.’ Celeste shared with us her journey as a pagan witch with a focus in ancestral and earth-based spirituality. We had a great conversation about what it means to live a magical life, the significance of community and retreats, and the history and healing journey associated with the witch wound. Celeste talked about her personal witchcraft practices, including ancestor work and the changing nature of her craft, particularly in relation to the seasons.

In this episode, I’m joined by Emily Lewis, also known as Emily the mystic, who is an intuitive mentor and Akashic records expert. She helps her clients discover their soul’s essence and purpose, heal from past traumas, and manifest their dreams using the Akashic Records, a multi-dimensional, energetic library of information about the universe and the soul. Emily explains that accessing the records involves using psychic and intuitive senses. Through the records, individuals can learn about their past lives, understand how those lives impact their present, and heal from past traumas. Emily shared that anyone can learn to access the Akashic Records and use them for guidance and healing in their daily lives.
