Hygge, the Danish concept of cozy living, is a trend that seems to be here to stay. Though not implicitly witchy, the winter sabbats of Yule and Imbolc do pretty well embody the concept of hygge, and this lifestyle is an excellent way to get into the spirit of winter.

If the witch in your life has been all about hygge this season, consider gifting her a few of these hygge-inspired suggestions this holiday:

Hygge for Witches Gift Guide | The Witch of Lupine Hollow

  1. Harney & Sons Winter White Earl Grey Tea: This winter twist on traditional Earl Grey tea is one of my favorites – it is made with white tea scented with bergamot instead of the traditional black tea.
  2. Bergamot & Mahogany Hygge Soy Candle: The “hygge” line of candles from Paddywax come in a lovely vessel with a copper-colored lid.
  3. Making Winter: A Hygge-Inspired Guide to Surviving the Winter Months: There are lots of books out there these days about how to live a hygge lifestyle, but I like that this one is specifically about the winter season and packed with actionable ideas.

  4. Knitted Tweed Throw: This cozy blanket is perfect for blessing with protection and snuggling up under, as suggested in the How to Hygge for Witches guide!
  5. “My Little Cup of Hygge” Mug: You’ll need a mug for sipping your favorite tea from this winter, of course, and this one reminds you to do so with a little sense of hygge.
